LeadHelm began with a simple but powerful idea: to provide dealerships with an outsourced Digital Lead Follow-Up solution that would save them time, reduce costs, and ultimately drive in more revenue. We knew that dealerships often struggled to manage digital leads effectively, and our service offered a higher performance solution with a better ROI than what could be achieved internally.
The results spoke for themselves. Our clients saw significant improvements in lead conversion rates, and we were proud to be a part of their success stories.
As our client base grew, we recognized the need to scale our operations and build a more consistent and reliable process. To do this, we invested in developing a digital lead management system. This technology drove data accuracy, consistency, and visibility—key elements that were essential for our clients' continued growth and success.
Our system worked. We proved that with the right technology and processes in place, dealerships could achieve even greater results.
In our pursuit of scalability and efficiency, we made the decision to transition our service to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Our goal was to empower dealerships to take control of their lead management processes using our proven technology and training. This shift helped us discover our boundaries.
While some dealerships embraced the software and achieved exceptional results, others struggled with technology adoption and staffing limitations. In today's challenging market, many dealers needed immediate results and cost-effective solutions, making the transition difficult for some of our clients.
Although our intention was to offer what we believed was a scalable solution to help all our clients grow, this shift to Saas had unforeseen consequences, leaving some of our valued clients without the necessary support. We recognize this boundary and are correcting course with a new subscription model that offers three levels of service – re-introducing the full-service option that has been missing since we transitioned from DPL to LeadHelm.
